Welcome to 4dbeli. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 4dbeli ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://4dbeli.cam/ (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement and is strictly enforced. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 4dbeli or any of its associated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or had your account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and are not subject to a court order or legal prohibition preventing you from entering into legally binding contracts.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 4dbeli accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email.

4dbeli is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, and at any point where we reasonably believe verification is necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period will have withdrawal processing suspended.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). 4dbeli does not charge currency conversion fees. The following provisions govern financial transactions:

4dbeli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and other payment channels as notified on the Platform from time to time. Payment methods available may vary depending on your location and the processing capabilities of the respective financial institutions.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change at 4dbeli's discretion. Players acknowledge that individual payment service providers may impose their own limits independent of 4dbeli's stated amounts.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within one (1) business day. 4dbeli reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of completing KYC verification, investigating suspected fraud, or complying with regulatory obligations.

You may only deposit and wager funds that lawfully belong to you. The use of funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4dbeli offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account as a separate balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• 4dbeli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect a bonus already credited to a Player's account.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, exploit loopholes, or engage in bonus-hunting behaviour constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4dbeli Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud the Platform or other Players.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar means of IP masking.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems underlying the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 4dbeli staff or other Platform users.

4dbeli is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to our Players. We offer a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings.
• Session time reminders — alerts to notify Players of the duration of their current session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of account access for a defined period at the Player's request.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform for Players who determine they need a complete break from gambling. Requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

All content on the 4dbeli Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation thereof, is the property of 4dbeli or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 4dbeli.

The 4dbeli name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4dbeli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services.

4dbeli does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and will notify Players of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

4dbeli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of manipulation of the Platform.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A verified self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the closure of the account.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, 4dbeli reserves the right to retain any real-money balance pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds in their entirety. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted for resolution through 4dbeli's internal complaints process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents 4dbeli from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

4dbeli reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will state the date on which the revision became effective.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
